Dear BIAC Members,

As you know, the BIAC Fall Regatta will be on November 21, 2010. Not only will this be a lot of fun, this is a very important event for the club. Everyone is required to volunteer to make this regatta happen. We have many jobs available ranging from timers and course observers to parking attendants and vending assistants.

Ideally course timers and observers should be experienced rowers who are not racing at this regatta.

If you are racing, you are only permitted to race once, so that you still have time to help. For all jobs, if you are racing, please let me know what event you plan to race in. I can then schedule shifts around those races.

Please let me know:

1. Your availability for the day;
2. Your job preference;
3. What race (if any) you plan to enter; and
4. Your cell phone # (if you have one) so that we can keep in touch on race day.
