Bair Island Aquatic Center (BIAC) is pleased to present the 15th Annual Fall Regatta on the beautiful San Mateo Marina Lagoon.  Our regatta marks the conclusion of the Fall racing season in California, and as such, attracts a great crowd of rowers and spectators alike. 

Over 100 crews, from Juniors to Masters, race over a 5,000m course.  Through the twists and turns of the lagoon, boats of all sizes compete including: eights, fours, doubles, pairs and singles. Hundreds of spectators come out to support and watch from the main boating area, the nearby bridges, and water side docks and decks.

The demographic of rowers and spectators tends to be educated and affluent. Tech savvy and innovative, the majority have access to the internet, own a personal computer and a cell phone.
