BIAC Members,

The BIAC Fall Regatta will be on November 19, 2006. This will be a lot of fun and it is a very important event for the club. Everyone is needed to volunteer to make this regatta run well. We have many roles to fill -from timers and course observers to parking attendants and vending assistants.

Ideally, course timers and observers are experienced rowers who are not racing at this regatta.

If you are racing, you are only permitted to race once, so that you still have time to help. For all jobs, if you are racing, please let me know in which event you plan to race. I can then schedule shifts around those races.

Please let me know: 1) your availability for the day; 2) your job preference; 3) what race (if any) you plan to enter; and 4) your cell phone # (if you have one) so that we can keep in touch on race day.
