Rec Rowing (R2) Summer Session

For members interested in Level 2 rowing and sculling, this class focuses on technique and cardio in sweep and sculling boats. If you enjoy rowing in the sunshine, rowing in group boats, or want to augment your team training with more water time, this class is for you. Class times: Wednesdays and Fridays, 5:30-7:30am from June 12 – August 9. Once you have paid, find the attendance sheet on gobair.org/rowing and sign up to row!
