      <description>&lt;font color="#373737" face="Open Sans"&gt;Click "Register" to pay the $20 single-day guest drop-in fee.&lt;/font&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Guests must row with a BIAC member or a BIAC team.&lt;/li&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;BIAC does not offer group classes during the fall and winter months, when the colder air and water temperatures increase the risk of hypothermia if a sculler flips.&amp;nbsp;We want to get everyone on the water safely!&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Join your fellow PGCC members for a field trip to the Bair Island Aquatic Center, a rowing club on the water in Redwood City. Whether you’re looking to optimize your fitness or simply try a classic, elegant sport, this introductory workshop offers immediate, practical benefits to athletes of all backgrounds.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;WHAT WE WILL COVER:&lt;/h4&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;The Basic Rowing Stroke — breaking down the biomechanics on land before going out&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Oar Handling — how to hold, balance, and control the oars seamlessly on the water&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Crew Synchronization — practicing matching the exact tempo and blade work of your crewmates&lt;/li&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Time on the Water — rowing together as a crew on the Bay, guided by an experienced BIAC coach&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A note on fitness levels. This workshop is specifically structured for complete beginners. It is fully accessible and appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels and previous athletic experience. No prior rowing knowledge is required.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
