Masters Team auto-pay

Monthly Payment Setup

Masters team program fees will be collected via a credit card processed through PayPal.

To set up an automatic monthly payment

  • Select your team
  • Enter your name
  • Click Subscribe 
  • You will be taken to a PayPal login screen to enter your credit card.

Instructions

All team members use the Subscribe option to set up monthly repeating payments - the easiest and least work for volunteers! The Subscribe button will immediately charge the first payment and set up an automatic charge on that day of the month for subsequent months.

Using PayPal ensures that no one at BIAC handles your credit card number. Therefore, if your card changes, please update your PayPal account.

The monthly subscription can be cancelled through the Unsubscribe button which takes you to your PayPal account - then follow the screenshots below. BIAC admins with PayPal access (treasurer, president, or designees) can also cancel the subscription if necessary.

Administrivia

This spreadsheet reports who has paid for a given month. Please choose the tabs at the bottom to check the team you're on and see your recent payments.

This document describes the reporting spreadsheet and a bit more background information.

Note that team rosters must be maintained and correct PayPal email addresses updated for it to find payments. Once a PayPal email is updated, it will automatically find any payments made.
